The results are in for this year’s ILCA Salary Survey. The Institute of Legal Cashiers & Administrators in association with legalsupportnetwork.co.uk, have been busy collating data to produce an essential salary reference guide for financial staff.  The survey is divided into three regions - London, South and Midlands/North, and identifies 28 different job titles from Office Assistant to Practice Manager.  Discussion and feedback is encouraged to build a greater understanding of specific regions and to achieve the goal of providing the ultimate UK financial salary guide.

The Institute of Legal Cashiers & Administrators is a non-profit organisation, formed in 1978 by a group of Cashiers.  The organisation now has some 3,000 members, many of whom have been formally trained by the ILCA to Diploma, Associate, or Fellowship level.
