The ILCA is pleased to announce the launch of The ILCA Solicitors' Software Users Award 2009.

In this the fourth year of The ILCA Solicitors' Software Users Award we are once again asking you to vote online to let us know what your software does well, or not so well.

There is no predetermined list of Software providers, a Software Supplier gains inclusion in the Survey as soon as a user enters the suppliers name however a minimum of three completed survey questionnaires are required for the supplier to be included in the final tables.

This year an additional question has been added regarding the quality of the User manual or Online help facility.
